Shipping

We ship across the EU in 2–5 business days from Rotterdam. Free shipping over €75, otherwise a flat €6. We don't ship outside the EU yet.

Returns

30-day returns on unopened items or anything defective. You cover return shipping unless the item arrived faulty, in which case we do.

Warranty

2-year warranty on electronics (keyboards, dev boards, tools, analyzers). Cables and keycaps carry a 6-month warranty against defects.

Payment

Cards and PayPal, processed by Stripe. This is a demo store — no real payment is taken and no order is actually placed.

Do you ship outside the EU?: Not yet — EU only for now.
Is the K1 keyboard hot-swappable?: Yes, the K1 uses 5-pin hot-swap sockets, so no soldering is needed to change switches.
How long are backordered items?: Backordered items typically ship in about 2 weeks.
Do you offer a student discount?: Yes — 10% off with a valid student email. Open a ticket and we'll sort it out.
